Core Making Facility
We have control of the supply and quality of all sand
supplied for our core making operations, due to a number
of sand mining leases operated.  The quality of sand greatly
assists us in producing cores that will ensure our customers
superior internal surface finish.
We have 12 core making machines operating in our core
shop, ensuring a
continuous supply of cores to our main moulding line in a "just-in-time" operation.
This allows us to
provide our customers with a flexible manufacturing
schedule for their components.
 At present we use
three different core processes depending on volume and
finish requirements.
